Zumbani Health does not charge a registration or monthly fee, furthermore client/patient accounts are not charged.

Zumbani Health does not charge any registration, or monthly fees. The only fee that is charged is a small commission per booking for the healthcare providers account. This fee includes all upstream services for processing of online payments and transfers (except for cash, or PayPal to Paypal, transfers from international/PayPal payments). The fees, which are dependent on the payment method used, are shown in the below table:

Zumbani Health is currently running a promotion covering the 15% VAT on all fees.

Ecocash:	7.5% (minimum fee for transactions below RTGS 10000.00 = RTGS 200.00 + 5.5%)
RTGS:	7.5% (minimum fee for transactions below RTGS 10000.00 = RTGS 200.00 + 5.5%)
PayPal:	7.5% (excluding cash, or PayPal to PayPal, transfer fees for payouts)
